This PR aims to expose the last_login field in the User admin list display by subclassing the default UserAdmin.
- Introduces a custom admin class (SumoUserAdmin) that extends the default UserAdmin to add "last_login" to the list_display.
- Unregisters the default User admin and re-registers it using the new SumoUserAdmin.
